Research interests
My research focuses on handling remote sensing data (Optical, Hyperspectral and SAR) for mapping, monitoring and management of global land use land cover change. I am particularly interested in spatial analysis toolboxes and machine learning techniques for natural resource management and climate change studies.
Personal interests
In my spare time I enjoy cooking, it works as a stress buster for me especially after a long tiring day at work. I enjoy meeting up with friends, backpacking, hiking and going out on long drives. I also play soccer, cricket and basketball on weekends.
